Brief:
We are looking for an enthusiastic & dedicated Lead Generation Representative to join our growing sales team. The representative will be responsible for prospecting, lead generation, fix meetings with prospects for the Sales team.
You should:
- Be responsible for initial contact, email exchange, or a call to schedule a meeting with future prospects.
- Be prospecting, contacting, and following up on leads to book meetings for the Sales Team.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to prospects.
- Handle objections and provide appropriate responses to potential clients.
- Manage and update the CRM by collecting quantitative and qualitative data from outbound campaigns.
- Be providing weekly & monthly lead generation activity reports to the management.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to effectively position our products/services.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Essential experience, skills, and abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel/ Google Sheets is a must.
- Should be a problem solver, able to multitask, self-motivated & quick learner.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
